My husband Mike and I have 2 daughters. They are
heavily involved in music and we enjoy attending
their recitals, concerts, and performances. In my
free time, I enjoy reading and spending time
outdoors.
I began teaching at CCNS in 2000. I believe
children need to be allowed to learn through play.
Through play children develop essential life skills
such as sharing, negotiation and self-advocacy, as
well as pre-reading, writing science and math skills.
So much crucial learning happens through play.
There is nothing more rewarding than watching
each child develop into eager learners…and have
fun along the way.
